RECIPE FOR OATMEAL BISCUITS AND PEAR, PASSION & KALAMANSI JAM
Lise, founder of La Chambre aux Confitures, has a strong preference for pear jam. So for this new school year, nothing beats a bold blend of pear, passion and kalamansi!
The kalamansi is a small exotic fruit from Southeast Asia rich in vitamin C. It has a delicate tangerine smell with a subtle bitter orange taste.
For even more delicacy, we wanted to sublimate our Pear, Passion & Kalamansi jam with an oatmeal cookie recipe. Very easy to make, this recipe is ideal for tea-time or breakfast. Let's do it! Let's do it!
